The frame is all metal and comes in two pieces so you can adjust the width to fit any LCD between 32 and 80 inches. It comes with VESA mounting holes that hold up to 135lbs. The metal feels solid and the craftsmanship looks great. A hole drilling paper template is included and all screws, etc. are clearly marked and neatly organized which makes installation easy. The mount is compatible with either 16″ or 24″ studs AND the design allows space enough for a cable box.
For my installation, I decided to mount the unit into drywall. I am very happy that a template was sent along with the unit. Because of the split design of the mount, it can be difficult to line the two sides up just right. The paper template helps the use to make sure their installation is straight and level with each other.
Once your screen is mounted, you can tilt it downward to adjust your viewing angle to suit your space. My install is in a home office environment in a tight space, so the downward tilting was a nice option.
My LCD is way under the 135lb limit, but I believe the UNO UN-001T can handle heavier and wider screens based on my experience and tests. I would recommend this mount to anyone looking for a versatile LCD mount that can accommodate a range of screen sizes and weights.
